  1. Click on the link [https://app.sunuassurancesliberia.com/]
  2. Click on [Returning Customer (Login)]
  3. Provide your [Email] and [Password]
    1. If you forgot your password, click on [Reset Password]
    2. If you are a new user, kindly call SUNU ASSURANCES LIBERIA staff or agent to register your KYC
  4. Click on [Sign In] to proceed
  5. On successful sign in. Click the following for various features:
    1. Click on [My Policies] to create new quotation, print certificates and renew existing policies
    2. Click on [My Claims] to notify SUNU ASSURANCES LIBERIA of new incident and upload required files
    3. Click on [Change Password] to change your password to new one.
    4. Click on [Home (Logout)] to exit the portal
  6. On the policy dashboard, click on [+] to create a new quotation or click on an existing policy [row] to change the details.
  7. Click on [Save] once the all required policy details are provided and click [Close]
  8. To print policy documents:
    1. Click on an existing policy [row]
    2. Click the respective link to download the policy document
  9. On the claim dashboard, click on [+] to create notify of an incident.
  10. Click on [Save] once the all required claim details are provided and click [Close]
